Where can I get more information regarding your team building packages?
Please contact our office for details by calling us or via the Event Enquiries Form link below. One of our consultants will advise you through all the information you require either by phone, via email or perhaps even a visit at your location if requested. We also run VIP days at our facility, a reservation can be made with one of our sales team or management members to discuss our range of unique corporate packages during visits.
Can I book you for private or family events?
Absolutely! Our team deliver events at a large number of birthday parties, anniversaries, stag/hen do weekends and even weddings throughout the year. No event is too big or too small or too far for us to be of service.
What's the process for booking your corporate activities or events?
STEP 1 - Get in touch with us by email or phone in the first instance, (details on the Contact page on this website). One of our representatives will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss all the different options and events available to suit your requirements for example activities that are collaborative, competitive, strategic planning, shared experience etc.
STEP 2 - A Booking Proposal including cost estimate/quote will then be drafted and sent to the relevant person for review and confirmation of the booking details discussed.
STEP 3 - Once satisfied that all is correct, ready to go ahead and our office has been notified, a booking agreement and confirmation will be sent out to the relevant department. We then appoint one of our event coordinators to oversee and coordinate all elements pertaining to the event. In certain instances, a site visit may be made to the event location depending on the nature of the event. The presenting facilitator/s and all relevant or specialist crew will be appointed for the event and receive an initial briefing followed by regular updates leading up to the event.
STEP 4 - On the day of the event, all staff undergo a final comprehensive briefing, all equipment is put into place at the venue (for any events not being delivered at the vpFlight Training & Simulation Facility).
How many delegates can partake in your activities?
We pride ourselves on having successfully delivered events to over 4000 delegates in one sitting. Depending on the activity selected there may be restrictions on numbers as some are specifically focussed on small teams. This may for example limit participants to 10, however, other packages may accommodate 2000 delegates with little or no restrictions to the upper limit. Trivia: Our team hold an official Guinness World Records Certificate for running the Largest Hand Drum Ensemble, completed in Copenhagen, Denmark on March 2012.
Do you have a Health & Safety policy?
Yes indeed, we take Health and Safety seriously and regularly update our processes to ensure we remain up to date with latest requirements and trends. Each event and activity undergoes an in-depth Risk Assessment with a Method Statement and our staff are trained/briefed accordingly. We carry £5 million Public Liability Insurance.
Can our school or charity book you for workshops?
Certainly, our company educational arm, Drummerbuzz, presents workshops around the United Kingdom to hundreds of charities, schools/colleges/universities, scout groups, cadet groups and other related organisations throughout each year. Staff are CRB/DBS checked and undergo extensive specific training to work in the education environment.
Where is the company based?
Our head office is based in Milton Keynes (Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom) near the modern city of Milton Keynes, but we're also represented in Cape Town (South Africa) and Lisbon (Portugal).
Why are some events listed on your website not appearing in your latest catalogue?
We regularly update and add activities and programmes to our schedule, so 'unlisted' events may appear, however please do not hesitate to contact us anytime if you notice this and we'll arrange for you to receive all the information you need for these new events without delay.
